If you already have specific illnesses or disorders, you may give yourself a temporary relief using simple but very effective recipes found by Dr. Koyfman in folk medicine from many nations throughout the world. But please remember that by using these methods you can only get temporary relief, but not complete and permanent healing from the problem, because it does not kill the root of the problem. In order to help your body heal from your illness, it is necessary to cleanse your body internally from toxicity, parasites and start leading a healthy life style.

Folk Methods of Self-Help

Headache

Headaches can be caused by physical or mental overload, stress or raised blood pressure.
In that case try this RECIPE:
put moderately hot water in the bucket or big bowl. Sit on the chair and put your feet in the water for 10-15 minutes. When the water cools continue adding hot water slowly to keep the temperature up (just have hot water in the separate dish next to you so you don't have to get up). The water should be hot but at the same time comfortable (not burning hot).
The hot water will stretch the blood vessels in the legs and attract the water from the head to the feet. Pressure in the head will be relieved and you should feel better.
Sometimes headaches can be caused by high toxicity in the stomach and colon. Toxins from the stomach absorb in the blood and spread out through the body. In order to lower the flow of the toxic blood into the brain and protect it from poisoning, the body has to shrink the head's blood vessels tremendously. That spasm of the blood vessels causes a headache.

RECIPE:
Take 8 oz. of clean room temperature water and add 2 teaspoons of unrefined, unfiltered, organic Apple Cider Vinegar.  Drink 2 sips of this solution every 5 minutes, until the headache is gone.
If after you finish the 8 oz. of that solution you still have the headache, make another glass of the same solution and continue with the same intervals until you get the results.
Apple cider vinegar will neutralize toxicity in the stomach, the toxicity in the blood lowers and the headache goes away.

 

Nausea

Can be caused by food poisoning, wrong foods, overeating or from eating too late.
In that case you can use the same Apple Cider Vinegar recipe mentioned earlier in the headache section.
After the nausea is gone, it is recommended not to eat, but only sip hot water until you feel real strong hunger. The first meal after this should be a very well cooked (on water) brown rice. You may add 1 teaspoon of Ghee or olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.

 

Gout

Gout can be caused by-inactive lifestyle; accumulation of uric acid in the body, which accumulate from animal proteins- red meat, chicken, fish, etc.; and genetic predisposition.
To get rid of the roots of the illness, it is necessary to change the diet, cleanse the whole digestive system, liver and cleanse the salts out of your system.

RECIPES:

  1. Add 1-2 tablespoons to the hot water for about 15 minutes. Take a cotton cloth and soak it in that water. Wipe your feet with a clean towel. Cover the gout with the soaked cloth and gently, using a small wooden hammer hitting the gout for 10 minutes. Repeat the procedure 5-7 times per day.

  2. Crush 6 tablet of Aspirin. Add 50 grams of iodine and mix well. Rub in the gout 2 times daily using a toothbrush.

  3. Put toothpaste on the gout.

  4. Put a raw egg in the glass jar and cover the egg completely with the vinegar. Close the jar with a plastic lid. Store in the warm place for 1 week. Then shake it well until the egg is completely dissolved. Put it on the gout 2-3 times daily.

Other Recommendations:

Wear comfortable shoe only; walk barefoot whenever possible (especially on the clean grass; eat mainly raw foods; cleanse your system from salts and uric acid. 
 

Hypertension (high blood pressure)

High blood pressure is a result of toxic build up in the blood vessels. It may also be caused by often stresses, not enough of physical activity and genetics.
Modern medicine controls high blood pressure by continues intake of medications for the whole life. Because the body becomes used to the medication, the dosages constantly have to be increased. That medication clogs the liver and can be a cause of many other (sometimes also very serious) illnesses and disorders.
If the high blood pressure is not kept under control and not take the medication, it can result in the hypertension crises which can lead to serious problems such as stroke, heartatache or even death.

So what does Natural Medicine offer to normalize and control high blood pressure?

  1. Cleanse your body from toxic impurities.

  2. Clean up and normalize your diet (read my book

  3. On regular basis start performing special blood pressure lowering breathing exercises, which you may learn in our center.

  4. Try some of the following folk recipes.

  • Mix together 100 grams of natural raw honey and 100 grams of bee pollen. Keep in a tightly closed glass jar. Consume 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

  • Mix together 8 oz. of plain organic Kefir and 1-2 well chopped cloves of garlic. Eat at night before going to bed.

  • Emergency help. Recipe to quickly lower the blood pressure.
    Fill up the bathtub with warm water and sit in it (not lay) just so your legs are covered with water (it should not go higher then your naval. every 2-3 minutes add hot water to keep the temperature. Stay in the tub for 10-20 minutes depending on how you feel. in order to prevent dizziness, before getting out of the tub, wet your forehead with cool water and get up slowly. After bath, use the towel to pet yourself dry and lay down on the bed
    for 5-10 minutes to calm the heart.

 

Hypotension (low blood pressure)

In order to raise the blood pressure, most people use coffee or chocolate.
Instead, try a natural folk recipe, which will not give you any unpleasant side effects.

  • Put under the tongue a peace of Bay Leaf for 3 minutes and then check your blood pressure.

  • Natural "coffee" such as dandelion root and chicory can help normalize your blood pressure.

 

Increased Appetite

Many people want to loose weight, but are unable to control their appetite. As a result, they gain more weight and illnesses, because extra weight adds on toxins and more pressure on all internal organs, especially heart.
Recipe to decrease your appetite.

  • Cook a whole beet. Cut it up into small cubes. When you feel hunger, eat a cube of beet. When you feel hungry again, eat another 1-2 cubes. Continue until you feel real hunger and strong appetite. Then, drink a big glass of freshly made juice. Drink the juice slowly in small sips. That juice will cover your appetite and you will have a complete control when eating and will not overeat. you can eat 20-30 minutes after the juice.

  • It always helps to drink hot herbal tea 10-20 minutes before eating. It will make it much easier to stay in control and not overeat.

 

Varicose Veins (on the legs)

Reason of the varicose veins is still sitting blood in the veins of the legs caused by: wearing high heals, unclean digestive system and liver, and sometimes genetics.
To stop that process and help the body start the healing process, it is necessary to:

  1. Everyday perform special exercises to remove congestion in the veins of the legs. you can learn these exercises in our center.

  2. Cleanse your whole digestive system, to remove the source of toxicity.

  3. Cleanse your liver (the main blood and blood vessel cleansing filter).

  4. Wear only comfortable shoes.

  5. Do not stand on one place for a long period of time. If you do have to stand, make sure to move from one leg to another.

  6. After the workday lay down and put your legs on the pillow so that they are higher then your body for 10-15 minutes. This pose will help to move the blood and remove tension from the veins.

  7. Avoid fat and salty foods. Avoid smoking.

  8. Do not lift heavy weights.

 

Skin Disorders/ Acne

Skin disorders are signals of toxicity in the digestive organs and the liver. Toxicity inside your body is more severe then what you see on the outside.
Some examples of what these disorders are trying to tell you:
Acne or pimples on the:
Forehead
-- show toxicity in the gall-bladder.
Chicks-- toxicity in the lungs
Nose-- heart disorders or malfunctions
Chin-- reproductive organs.

Another cause of different skin disorders is stress and fright. So it is important to not only cleanse your digestive system and liver, but also cleanse your system from negative emotions.
 

Eczema

Eczema is inflammation of the skin due to the high toxicity in the lymphatic glands. So elimination of toxins is done through the pores of the skin instead of colon and kidneys. Eczema worsens when cold and humid and gets better from the sun and dryness.

Folk Recipe:

Break one raw egg. Add 2oz. of white vinegar and 2oz of clean water. Mix together. Apply on the effected area twice a day.

 

Back Pain

Recipe:

Shred 1 pound of black radish. Add 250grams of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of kerosene. Mix well together. Cover the effected area on the back with natural cloth and on top put the mixture. Cover with plastic film and towel and with wool blanket.
Hold it until you feel good warmth. Holding it too long may result in burns.

 

Rheumatic Arthritis

Take an empty champagne bottle. Put 200 grams of cold pressed organic olive oil. Add 10-20 hot peppers and 200 grams of kerosene.
Close the bottle tight with the cork. Shake well and store in the warm place for 9 days.

For external use only. Before sleep rub the solution in the painful joint and cover over night with wool scarf.
Main cleansing procedures for joint problems: liver cleansing, joint cleansing, mind exercises ("Healing Through Cleansing 3") and diet.
 

Cold

Accumulation of large amount mucus and other wastes in the body as a result of consuming cold products, such as ice creams, ice water, saturated fats, dairy products, and simple carbohydrates (baked goods, sweets and refined flour products).
Recipes:

Onion Broth:

Take 3-4 medium size onions. Peel and cut into cubes. Cover with 2 quarts of water. Boil and set on medium-low. Boil for 10 minutes with the lid tightly closed. Turn off and let it sit for 15 minutes. Strain and drink warm 3-4 times a day, 1/2 - 1 cup at a time.

The Cold Tea:

Boil an herbal tea (chamomile, ginger or gipsy cold). Add 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of organic raspberry jam, pinch of cayenne pepper and 1 tablespoon of alcohol or 2 tablespoons of vodka.
Drink it hot. While drinking rap your feet very warm.

Simple Rules to Prevent Colds

  1. Eat only when you are REALLY hungry (not when it is tome to or just out of nothing to do). If you eat without feeling real hunger, then mucus (cause of the cold) will accumulate not only from the dairy, sweets and simple carb products, but from everything you eat. This will happen because when you eat without feeling an actual hunger, the products do not digest completely and turn into mucus. Especially a lot of mucus accumulates in the cold and humid weather.   

  2. If you only eat when you are hungry and eat only fresh, natural and organic foods, then mucus will not accumulate and you will not get sick as much.

  3. Do not get too cold when it is cold outside. Dress warm and always keep your feet warm.

  4. If you overcooled, it necessary to push out the bed cold energy from the body and replace it with warmth. So take warm bath with Epsom salts and before you go to bed drink hot herbal tea with raspberry jam. If you do not do that, then the cold energy will penetrate deep into the body and trigger the cold and with repeated overcooling joint problems may start.  

 

Kidney Disorders

Recipe

Cut of a top from the watermelon in such way that it serves as a lid for the melon. With the help of the spoon take out 1/3 of melon's meat. And fill the opened space with honey. Close it with the cut off "lid", cover in clean cloth and bare in the ground (1/2 meter deep) for 5 days. Mark the spot so you can easily find it. Five days later, carefully dig the watermelon out. Take the inside of it out and squeeze the juice out through the strainer or the cheesecloth. Store that juice in the refrigerator. Take 1/2 glass in the morning and 1 glass before going to bed.  
 

Hemorrhoids

Cause of hemorrhoids- use of too much breads and other simple carbohydrate products. Also too much sitting, constipation and straining.
Norman Walker says that surgical removal of hemorrhoids is an excellent work for the surgeon, but is not too pleasant for the patient. If the source of the problem is not removed, then soon or the later it will come back even after the surgical removal.
Recipe:
Wet a cotton ball in 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and put on the hemorrhoid.
This should help with the discomfort.
In order to get rid of the source of the problem, it is important to cleanse the whole digestive system and liver. Also to do exercises for internal organs ("Healing Through Cleansing 3").
 

Parasites

Toxicity and parasites are the source of all existing illnesses. Parasites (worms, infection, viruses, bacteria, yeast, etc) can reside in the stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, lungs, sinuses, gums, brain and all other organs.

How can you find out if you have parasites?

Signs of parasites by your appearance:
acne, pimples, rough skin, different spots on the skin, premature wrinkles, cracked heels, brutal nails, etc.
All of these signs are a characteristic of the digestive system being is infected with parasites. Parasites weaken the immune system and interferes body's self regulation mechanisms.

Signs of parasites in women: pain and inflammation of the ovaries, painful menstruation, irregular cycles, fibroids, cysts, inflammation of kidneys and urinary tract, menopausal problems.

Signs of parasites in men: prostitutes, impotence, adenoma, sand and stones in kidneys and bladder, cystitis, etc.

Other signs of parasites: frequent and reoccurring colds, sinus infections, coughs, flues, tonsils, polyps, snoring in the sleep.

In order to get rid of parasites, it is necessary to completely and thoroughly cleanse your whole system and at the same time take antiparasitic herbs, which should be taken for 3-12 months.

Recipe for temporary help at home:

Take one medium size onion and 1 clove of garlic. Cut it up very small. Cover with 8 oz. of cold water. Let it stand over night. In the morning strain it. Drink in small amounts throughout the day. You may repeat this everyday for as long as you'd like. Also good during the cold season and for prevention. 
 

Sinus Infections

Is accumulation of toxic mucus in the sinus pathways.
To dissolve that mucus, drink freshly squeezed juice of carrot (6 oz, beet (2 oz) and cucumber (2 oz). Also juice of the black radish (1-3 tablespoons before meal).

Maintenance and QUICK relief:

1 tablespoon of water and 10-15 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Put 3-5 drops in each nostril for two weeks.
The main solution and treatment is: to cleanse the whole body from the mucus build up, sinus cleansing and learn principles of the cleansing diet ("Healing Through Cleansing Diet")

 

Tooth Decay

Eating too many sweets and cold foods, such as ice cream, etc--ruins the teeth.
Recipe:
Regularly rinse your mouth with 5 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed in 8 oz of water. Slowly increase the dosage to 50% water and 50% of 3% hydrogen peroxide.
 

Colitis, Ulcers, Gastritis

Colitis-is an inflammation of the large intestine.
There are few causes of that inflammation:

  1. Constipation-- creates toxins and good environment for infections and parasites.

  2. Nervousness, anxiety and stress-- will irritate the digestion

  3. Deficiency of "live foods". Enzymes, live vitamins and minerals, from fresh, raw, fruits and vegetables and their juices.

Recipe:
Take organic  redskin potatoes. Wash it very well. Do not peel. Juice it. Drink 2oz. of that juice 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Slowly increase the dosage to 6oz. Juice has to be fresh and drunk immediately after juicing (otherwise it loses all it's healing qualities. Drink it regularly for 4-6 weeks.
* For Stomach or gastric ulcers, juice should be drunk 4 times/day for 6-8 weeks.
 

Liver Disease

Liver is one of the largest and most important organs in the body. It participates in digestion, cleanses blood and is the largest gland. The function of all other glands in the body depend on the liver. Serving your body as a filter, the clogged liver holds chemical elements from food pesticides, artificial flavors and colors in the foods, heavy metals, alcohol, drugs, antibiotics, hormonal pills and other medications, cholesterol and everything else that your blood is not supposed to get. Because clean and healthy liver is the first line of defense in our body, it is very important to clean and normalize its function with the help of special diet, exercises and cleansing procedures, such as whole digestive system cleansing, liver and gallbladder flush.
Additional Recipes to improve liver functioning:
Take 2 pounds of organic potatoes with peel and boil in 6 litters of water. Then mash the potatoes and let it stand for sometime, then pour the water in the glass container. You should have about 3 litters of potato water. Store in the refrigerator. Drink warm 1/2 cups before meals.
 

Blood Vessel Disorders

If your colon is clogged and contaminated, then your liver is too. Liver is the main filter for the blood and is the main cleanser of the blood vessels. As a result, if the liver is clogged, the blood vessels are too. Clogged vessels can result in illnesses such as, high blood pressure, varicose veins, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disorders, heartataches and strokes.
In order to cleanse and maintain the cleanliness of your blood vessels, it is important to cleanse the whole system and change to a healthy lifestyle.
In addition to the main healing process you may try the following
recipe:

Take 4 lemons and 4 heads of garlic. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. Cut the skin of the lemon into very small peaces (also use the seeds). peel the garlic and dice into small peaces. Put in the large jar and add 2.5 litters of water and keep for 5 days. Strain and keep refrigerated. Drink 50-100 grams daily. Within a year drink 4 of these jars (1 jar every 4 months).
Warning: do not use if you have gastric ulcers.

 

How to Gain Weight

Most people in the world wish to lose weight, however there are people who try everything to gain it. They try to eat more fat foods, breads and sweets, but are still unsuccessful. So can't they gain weight even by eating all these foods? Some people limit themselves in what they eat, exercise constantly and still gain weight, where others eat whatever they want as much as they want and can't gain a pound.

There may be a few reasons why underweight people are not able to gain:

  1. Natural constitution

  2. Problems with metabolism, liver, thyroid gland, small intestine (which does not absorb foods properly), etc.

  3. Bad circulation. Bodies inability to store water and 70-80% of the body is water.

  4. Reasons for the low weight can be not only on the physical level, but also on the psychological and emotional. Negative thinking and negative emotions negatively impact the internal organs.

  5. Weight loss can occur with aging, when a person begins to lose water and warmth.

So what can you do to gain healthy weight?

  • Cleanse your system (digestive organs and liver) from toxins (here you'll lose some toxic weight), improve circulation in all blood vessels. This will help with better absorption of nutrients and will normalize the metabolism, which will help you to start gaining healthy weight.

  • It is necessary to regularly take hot baths. It will help the body to store heat, improve the circulation. After the bath, warm up olive oil and rub it on the body. Through the open pores of the skin, olive oil will get into your blood stream and will metabolize to your system. Absorption through the skin is called a "skin digestion". "Eating through the skin" will give your digestive organs a break and you can eat from both-your organs and the skin to gain more healthy weight.

  • Regular water (in the body of people who can't gain weight) does not store even if they drink plenty of water. It is another reason why some people have a hard time gaining weight. In that case, it is necessary to drink bio-active water, which is able to reach the cells and feed them. These qualities can be found in freshly squeezed fruit and vegetables juices, melted water, mineral water (to 2 qrts of water add 1/2 teaspoon of Celtic salt). it is also important to eat more of live liquid foods such as, nut milk, raw and almost raw soups, smoothies, etc. For recipes see "Healing Through Cleansing Diet". If you follow all of the listed advises, you will definitely normalize your weight.  

Asthma

The cause of asthma is an access amount of toxic mucus and disturbance in the nervous system. Also asthma can be genetic or be a result of allergies and frequent colds. In order to get rid of asthma completely and forever it is necessary to :

  1. Cleanse your whole body from mucus, especially lungs, bronchi, sinuses and digestive organs.

  2. Learn to stop and prevent asthma attacks with the help of special breathing exercises, which you can learn in our center.

  3. Change your eating habits in such way that the new mucus would not be forming in the body.

Temporary Relief RECIPE:

Take a sock and fill it with a container of Iodized Sea Salt. Tie it and when you lay down to sleep, put it on your chest. Salt has powers to pull the moisture and mucus out and make the breathing easier.
After each such procedure, the salt should be changed or dried on the skillet (without the sock).
 

Anemia

Anemia is caused by bad diet, clogged up digestive system and disturbance in its functioning.

RECIPE:

Make fresh apple/beat (4-5 apples and 1 beat) juice and drink it 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
 

Loosing Voice

RECIPE:

Take an organic apple (not covered in wax). Wash it very good. Peel the skin and take out the seeds. Add 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, 2 teaspoons of honey and 8oz. of water. Boil it for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Drink the liquid first and then eat the skin and the seeds.
 


Constipation

Cause: bad diet, overeating, stress, weak colon muscles, melfunctioning of the whole digestive system (stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, etc), presence of parasites and unfriendly bacteria, lack of good bacteria, genetics and more.

Constipation can be a cause of bad skin, unpleasant odor from the mouth and skin, problems in the digestive and pelvic organs, cancers, chronic fatigue and more.

To heal from constipation, it is necessary to completely cleanse your digestive system, kill and flush all parasites, replenish friendly bacteria, strengthen the colon muscles (see my book "Healing Through Cleansing 3"), and change your diet drastically "Healing Through Cleansing Diet".
